Conferences: decision-makers wanting to learn and share regarding specific challenges

30 conferences are organised each years regarding a variety of key challenges that affect the Quebec business community. In 2012, the following subjects were discussed: industrial maintenance, absenteeism, health and safety, sustainable development, social media as well as many other topics. Each conference, which is spread over 2 days, attracts 80 to 100 participants. The first day features conferences while the second day is devoted to practical workshops; all in the effort of inciting participants to ask questions and engage in networking.

Rendez-vous: curious decision-makers interested in learning more about strategy from their peers

Each year, Les Affaires organises approximately 15 Rendez-vous that are offered as a series of 3 to 5 events related to a specific theme. Each Rendez-vous is designed to maximize executives' time, the majority of whom make up the audience. These events occur in the morning from 7 am to 9 am or during the lunch hour from 12 pm until 2 pm. This format usually attracts between 120 and 250 participants to each event.

Trade missions: decision-makers who go into the field to develop their businesses

The itinerary is established in order to maximise meetings according to the availability of participants. Trade missions are limited to smaller groups.
